Two years ago I became a mother to my son Nico. During my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum I quickly realized how much “help” I needed as I began navigating this new journey of motherhood. From concerns and questions I had during pregnancy, to delivery and postpartum, I wished I had more information to the questions and answers I was looking for. Becoming a mother is a beautiful journey and I am here to walk beside you as you embark on this new chapter of your life!
I am a doula because I want to empower women to believe in themselves and thier innate strength as women and as mothers.
